Welcome to Ruma Tekau's Blog
Welcome to Room 10's blog for the year 2014. I hope we all will have a lot of fun with our blogging. I look forward to everyone's comments on the topics that interest the students in Room 10. Room 10 is a multicultural class of 14 Year 1 and 2 students. In Room 10 this term we are learning in: Mathematics about Number knowledge and strategies, Length and time ,and shapes. PE: Swimming and Ball Handling skills The Arts:Sketching Written Language:Writing simple recounts and explanations. Music : learning the worlds of the school songs and singing in tune. Reading: How to decode words and comprehend a story. Our school wide focus is Milk this term so do talk to your kids about the properties and importance of milk.I hope you'll like this video on milk.Please do leave us a comment. Mrs K.
